Return Policy

  • Stocked Home Touch Design items can be returned for credit within 90 days of purchase. The client is responsible for return shipping to the original location.
  • Items sold in full cartons must be returned in their original packaging.
  • All returns must be securely packed, and we cannot credit broken, damaged, or installed tiles.
  • Custom or special orders, as well as accessories, are not returnable or cancelable.
  • Returns must be pre-authorized with a Return Goods Authorization (RMA). Installed items are non-returnable.
